Here are the menus for the weekend- alternatives to the dishes listed will be available for all submitted food restrictions/allergies/requirements

Fri Traveler’s fare:

Pea soup with bread, feta, and beef sausage on the side.  Soup contains split peas, onion, cumin

 

Sat breakfast:

Bread, cheese, jams, sliced meats, porridge, honey, butter, eggs

 

Sat lunch:

Hutchpot with bread on the side.  Contains beef, spinach, carrot, onion, nutmeg, parsley, black pepper.  Vegetarian alternative will be available

 

Sat feast

First course:

Flatbread and hummus- hummus contains chickpea, garlic, lemon, olive oil, sesame oil, sumac

Feta, cucumber

Buran- contains eggplant, garlic, yogurt, sesame oil

 

Second course:

Syrian turnip and meatball dish- contains beef, turnip, chickpea, cilantro leaf, clove, coriander seed, garlic, onion, black pepper

Rice

Spiced cauliflower – contains cauliflower, walnut, tarragon, caraway, olive oil

Narjisiyya – contains carrot, coriander seed, cinnamon, cumin, soy sauce

 

Third course:

Lemon chicken- contains almond milk, chicken, pumpkin, lemon, mint

Spiced carrot- contains carrot, apple vinegar, parsley, mint, coriander seed

Spiced cucumbers – contains cucumber, veg bouillon, garlic, onion, black pepper

Mujaddara – contains lentil, bulgur onion cumin

 

Dessert course:

Pistachio banana – contains banana, sesame oil (option pistachio, sugar syrup)
